Challenges of the School Build

Our group of students have been realizing over the last few days how difficult it is to build classrooms and schools in some rural areas. In our build site in Marcos Lainez, water for mixing concrete has to be pumped by hand, as well as any other water needed on site. There’s also no electricity on site so wood cutting was done by hand saw. Here’s a little snippet of David, one of our Volunteer Coordinators from SchoolBOX, hard at work getting water for concrete mixing and having a bit of fun at the same time.
